Friday Fiction
The Preacher

Welcome to Fiction Friday! Yvonne Blake of My Back Door is the host for this week. If you are participating with your own story, be sure to link up with the Mclinky on her blog.

I hope to have a new episode of my series, Dusty Dreams, ready for next week. My contribution for this week is a link to a challenge entry at FW that actually placed - but I don't think I've ever posted it here before - so you can read it there, but come on back here to post a comment if you would like. Have a fun Friday!

I hadn't read this before...you must have written it soon after I became a member, in the "church" theme quarter.

Well done!

That would be a difficult position to be in. You represented the woman's feelings well.

Your story gave me an idea of something I think I may need to write about. Sometimes fiction gives a better platform to expose the problems in our society than non-fiction does.

You did a masterful job of expressing the woman's dilemna.

Jan is such a believable character, and that's what makes this story so good. Wow. I can feel her pain. Bless you.
